The working project includes the following facilities:

- Сonstruction of a closed 110 / 10-10 kV Nursat substation with two three-winding transformers with a capacity of 2 x 40 MVA from the switchgear 110- "Two units with switches and a non-automatic jumper on the line side"

- Сonstruction of a fiber-optic communication line between the 220 kV Substation Bozaryk and the 110 kV Nursat substation in one trench for the previously designed 110 kV cable line from the 220 kV Substation Bozaryk to the 110 kV Substation Nursat

- dispatch control system
